The consent box on our form names this page, so it does what it says: this is how you stop hearing from us. You do not have to give a reason, and it does not affect any inspection already booked.

The fastest ways

  • Texts — reply STOP to any message. That stops texts immediately.
  • Email — use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send.
  • Calls, or all of the above at once — email privacy@inflectionpoint.one with the subject “Do Not Contact”, and include the phone number and email address you gave us so we can find your record.

We will confirm when it is done.

What “stop” covers

Tell us which you want and we will action exactly that:

  • Stop contact from Inflection Point — we stop calling, texting and emailing you.
  • Stop contact from the pro you were matched with — tell us and we will pass it on, but the fastest route is to tell them directly: they are an independent business with their own records, and your agreement with them is separate from ours.
  • Everything, and delete my information — we will stop contacting you and delete what we hold, except the minimum we must keep to prove you asked to be left alone. That record is what stops us contacting you again by mistake.
