Privacy Policy
Last updated 5 August 2026
Inflection Point LLC (“we”, “us”), an Oregon limited liability company, operates a matching service that connects homeowners with independent, licensed and insured local restoration contractors. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the inspection request form: your name, phone number, email address, the property ZIP code or address, and the consent you grant on that form (including the exact wording shown to you, the time, and the IP address it was submitted from).
Information collected automatically. Pages viewed, referring URL, device and browser
information, approximate location derived from IP address, and advertising identifiers such as
the Meta click identifier (fbclid) attached to an ad click. We use cookies and similar
technologies for this — see Cookies and tracking below.
Information from other sources. Publicly available property records and weather data used to determine which areas may have been affected by a storm. These are property-level records, not information about you personally.
How we use it
- To match you with a contractor in our partner network and pass along your request.
- To contact you about your inspection request, by phone, text or email, if you consented.
- To measure and improve our advertising — including sending a record of your form submission to advertising platforms so a click can be attributed to a result. Where we do this, contact details are transmitted in hashed form.
- To meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations, including keeping proof of your consent.
Who we share it with
- The partner contractor we match you with, so they can contact you and perform the inspection. Partners are independent businesses and their use of your information is governed by their own privacy practices.
- Service providers that operate our systems — cloud hosting, communications, analytics and advertising measurement — under contract and only for the purposes above.
- Advertising platforms (for example Meta), for conversion measurement and attribution, in hashed form.
- Legal recipients, where required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising and analytics activity may count as “sharing” or “sale” under state privacy laws — see Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
Your choices
- Stop contact at any time. Reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or tell the caller. You can also email privacy@inflectionpoint.one.
- Access, correct or delete. Email privacy@inflectionpoint.one and we will respond as required by the law that applies to you.
- Opt out of targeted advertising / sharing. See the Do Not Sell or Share page.
Cookies and tracking
We use the Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and to measure advertising. Clarity may record interactions with pages (clicks, scrolling, and similar) to help us improve the experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them will not prevent you from submitting the form.
Retention
We keep opt-in and consent records for as long as needed to operate the service and to demonstrate compliance with telemarketing and consumer-protection law, and then delete or de-identify them.
Children
The service is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will update this page and the “last updated” date when this policy changes.
